Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to make your experience as seamless as possible while maintaining fairness for all our clients.

Refund Policy

Full refunds are available within 2 weeks of purchase, provided the service has not been redeemed.

After this period, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • When the cardholder has made the appointment but was rejected by the merchant within the validity period.
  • Evidence of unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
  • Other exceptional circumstances, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancelled 24+ hours in advance: No penalty—reschedule anytime.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: A 50% fee of the service price applies. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Unexpected Changes?

We understand life happens. For extenuating circumstances, please contact us—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

For any exceptional and valid reasons that we deem acceptable, we will provide an extension of an additional two weeks for the validity of the service(s) you have purchased.
