2. Who Can Use Our Services

Before booking, you're confirming that:

You're legally able to enter into an agreement with us
The details you give us are accurate and up to date

3. Our Treatments

Everything we offer falls under non-invasive aesthetic and skincare care, and is subject to the following:

Availability at the time of your booking
Adjustments based on your skin's condition and what comes up in consultation
No promise of a particular outcome — results are never identical from person to person

We're free to change, pause, or withdraw any treatment from our lineup at any point, without giving advance notice.

4. Booking an Appointment

Bookings go through our website or another channel we've officially approved
Once your booking goes through, you'll get a confirmation
Occasionally we may need to shift or cancel a slot due to circumstances outside our control
Please try to arrive on time — running late may cut into your treatment time or mean rebooking

5. How Payment Works

Pricing is shown in Japanese Yen (¥), US Dollars ($), and Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) and is subject to change without notice
Depending on the service, we may ask for full or partial payment upfront
Only the payment methods listed on our site are accepted
If payment isn't completed, we may cancel the associated booking

6. Changing or Missing Your Appointment

Need to reschedule or cancel? Let us know at least 48 hours ahead of time
Cancelling late, or not showing up, can lead to:

Losing your deposit
Being charged in full or in part for the service you'd booked

7. Refunds

As a rule, once you've paid for a service, that payment isn't refundable
In unusual cases, we may consider a refund — this is entirely at our discretion

8. Your Health, Our Responsibility

Tell us about any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your treatment begins
What we offer isn't medical treatment and shouldn't replace advice from a doctor
If you haven't disclosed something relevant and have a reaction as a result, we can't be held responsible
We may decline to treat you if we believe it wouldn't be safe given your condition

9. About Your Results

Keep in mind that outcomes:

Depend heavily on your skin type, lifestyle, and how closely you follow aftercare guidance
Aren't something we can guarantee
Shown in before-and-after photos are for illustration only, not a promise of what you'll see

10. Conduct During Your Visit

We may decline to start — or choose to stop — a treatment if a client:

Behaves in a way that's abusive, disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate
Doesn't follow our safety or hygiene requirements

11. Ownership of Our Content

Everything on this site — text, imagery, branding, logos — belongs to us or is used under license, and is protected by intellectual property law
Copying, distributing, or otherwise using this content without our written go-ahead isn't permitted

12. Limits on Our Liability

We're not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Where we are liable, it won't exceed what you paid for the relevant service
